On Thursday, October 28th 2010, the Stan Mansion will be hosting a Masquerade Ball, with live entertainment and proceeds to benefit the Merit Music Program. Doors open at 7pm.

Guests are requested to arrive in costume – feathers, sequins and silk are highly encouraged – and a costume contest will be held at the end of the evening for the most stylish, most eclectic and most musical costume. Indulge your imagination!

Fantasy face painting will be available for guests who arrive without masks.
A cash bar will be open from 7pm – 10:30pm.

The dance floor will be open to all guests, and featured dancers will perform throughout the evening, including rising stars of the Tango Nuevo scene, modern choreographers, flamenco and samba performers.

Latinise’, a global jazz ensemble led by violinist/vocalist Andrea Else, will be performing jazz arrangements of tango, pop, bossa nova, and cabaret music for your listening and dancing pleasure.
